Our appointments and medical Records are stored in a systematized secure Electronic Data System.

Patient Records consist of Name of Patient, Address, Age, Sex, Appointment Date/Time/Department, Attending information, Prescription, Diagnosis, and Laboratories. This creates a complete health record which assists the patients to get proper treatment and provide attending with accurate historical data.

Naomi Care assists the attending as well as patient to get information on their prescription and diagnosis, and allow them to plan treatment course. Our Medical records are designed as a tool to help Medical associations, health authorities ascertain health records in a timely and efficient manner.
